What happens when the internet goes down?
Billing carries on. Orders and bills are saved on the device and sync to the cloud as soon as you're back online. You'll see a clear warning while it's offline, so nobody is left guessing.
How does the free trial work?
You get three months of the full product — every feature, no card up front. If it isn't right for you, stop and export your data. If it is, it's ₹8,000 a year per outlet plus GST, currently down from ₹12,000.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No. TafelBill runs in a browser on machines you already have — a counter PC, an Android tablet, a phone. It works with standard 58mm and 80mm thermal printers.
Can I run more than one outlet?
Yes. Each outlet has its own menu, tables, staff and reports, and its own master login.
Is my data mine?
Yes. You can export a full backup at any time and import it back. We don't hold your data hostage.
How long does setup take?
Most cafes are billing the same day. Importing the menu is the longest part, and we'll help with it.
